Griz '69 -'70 Induction into UM Hall of Fame

On behalf of Caring Coaches, we want to congratulate all of the members of the 1969 and 1970 teams who are being inducted to the Grizzly Sports Hall of Fame at University of Montana on October 17, 2009. What a special honor - and to a group so deserving. It will be great to relive those days when you were all in Missoula. All team members certainly will remember running up to the big "M" under direction of Coach Swarthout. Jack will be with you all in spirit on this special day.

The criteria for selection to the Grizzly Sports Hall of Fame is quite strict. That makes this recognition that much more impressive. Congratulations - and well deserved.

Save Stewart Field (Aberdeen School District)

Caring Coaches Foundation is working to help raise funds to install artificial turf and update the facilities at Stewart Field. We support their effort to complete their goal and provide a safe place for youth to play and practice.

Grays Harbor Bearcats

We are working to assist this non-profit adult amateur football team by supplying uniforms and equipment for players, along with ongoing support. The Bearcats mission is to build leaders of tomorrow through community building and youth sporting programs.

Caring Coaches Foundation is providing support through grants and other fundraising efforts to help this Lacey, WA organization meet their goals. The vision of Sports Unlimited is to help young athletes reach their fullest potential, allowing them to excel in the classroom and on the field, so they may have the opportunity to play in college and/or in the professional ranks.
